Elephant Baptism Card

One of my friends is invited to a baptism and asked me to make a card for her to give to the little girl and her parents. She pretty much left the design part up to me but asked for the card to have red rather than pink elements. To personalize the card, I cut the girl’s initial with the Cricut and Base Camp cartridge and framed it using my nestabilities. The cute elephant is a Memory Box stamp.
Thanks for visiting! I will be back soon with some more birthday cards.

Baby Boy Boat Card

We are invited to a baby shower in a couple of weeks and below is the card I made for the expecting parents. While looking for some inspiration on the internet, I came across a very cute sailboat stamp and thought due to its basic shapes I could easily create the boat out of paper using my Cricut and paper cutter. The hull is a circle from George and Basic Shapes that I simply cut in half and the sails are triangles cut with my paper cutter. I framed the boat with the scalloped frame from Accent Essentials and stamped the American Art Stamp title on a hand-cut tag. Two other things I added to the card are a star from Plantin Schoolbook and a scalloped border created with my Fiskars border punch.
Thanks for visiting my blog!

Baby Boy Rubber Ducky Card

Here is a baby card that I created for my Etsy store (I made one in pink as well to congratulate the parents of a new baby girl). The rubber ducky is from the Cricut Doodlecharms cartridge and the title is a stamp by American Art Stamp. Thanks for looking.
