This weekend I sat down and made this Easter card. I chose three of the bunnies from the Penny Black stamp “bunny friends”, cut them out and popped them up with dimensionals. I stamped the Penny Black title “Happy Easter” onto vellum and framed it along with the bunnies using my oval nestabilities. For a finishing touch, I put my white gel pen to use and added some faux stitching. I’m entering this card in the March challenge at Penny Black @ Allsorts, the Easter challenge at happy freeday and the Easter and Animals challenge at There She Goes.
I hope you like what you see, thanks for stopping by!

Getting ready for Easter… For both cards I used the Penny Black stamps “One Good Egg” and “Happy Easter”. To add some texture, I applied white flocking powder to the bunnies’ tails. The frames were cut and embossed with my Spellbinders nestabilities and the scalloped border was done with my Fiskars border punch.
As a little accent I stamped a couple of Stampendous eggs onto the inside.
Are you sending out Easter cards, too? Have a wonderful day!
