With the 4th of July being only a few days away, I made this patriotic card today. I cut the stars with my Cricut and the George and Basic Shapes cartridge.

I know I have neglected my blog for a while but today I finally have something new to show you: a patriotic thank you card. I have recently become a naturalized U.S. citizen and decided to create a few thank you cards for those who attended my oath ceremony. And what would fit the occasion better than cards featuring the American flag. I simply cut the stripes with my paper cutter and being a big fan of felt, added a small hand-cut felt star. The title is computer generated and the text on the inside of the card is a stamp by Limited Edition (thanks Miriam, I love this stamp!). As always, thanks for looking!
